Financial and Adopted Budget Packet

Welcome to the Financial Section of the South Adams County Fire Department Website

Here you will find we officially adopted the current budget. This budget funds a level of service that provides 24-hour a-day, 7-days a-week coverage from 4 strategically located fire stations staffed by full-time firefighters and supplemented by volunteer firefighters. Our fire department was rated by the Insurance Services Office (ISO) in November 2017 as a Class 2 one of the best ratings available. This enables us to return value to the taxpayers. Many insurance companies provide a reduction in annual property insurance for homes and other buildings because of this new rating. Call your agent to see if you qualify.
